Fernandes is the managing partner of Fernandes Partnership. He is a licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi). He is also registered as a legal consultant with the Indonesian Capital Markets and Financial Institutions Supervisory Board (BAPEPAM-LK/OJK), a member of the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants (HKHPM), a registered mediator with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, and a certified liquidator as a member of the Association of Indonesian Liquidators.
